HEAD OF SALES (PHARMA) Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales for their Pharma division. This role, based in the vibrant city of Bangkok, offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated sales team within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, controlling promotional expenses, listing new products, and coaching team members to become professional salespeople.


What you'll do:


As the Head of Sales for our Pharma division, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's success. Your primary responsibility will be achieving sales targets while controlling promotional expenses. You will also be tasked with listing new products into hospital formularies and protecting existing brands from deletion. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you coach your team members, turning them into professional salespeople. You will work closely with Human Resources to recruit the right people for your team. Additionally, you will develop a 'Plan of Action' that aligns with brand strategies, ensuring optimal resource allocation.


* Achieve sales target as per the company's approved plan
* List new products into the hospital formulary as planned and protect existing brands from deletion
* Ensure in-field executions align with brand strategies and code of business conduct
* Allocate promotional budget to teams, monitor and control spends
* Coordinate and collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure appropriate support provided
* Work with Human Resource personnel to recruit and select the right people onboard
* Assess training and development needs of subordinates to provide necessary programs
* Develop 'Plan of Action' in alignment with brand strategies and optimally allocate resources to fulfill activity objectives
