As a Business Unit Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's operations in Thailand. You will be responsible for setting clear directions for the commercial team, developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies, and ensuring these strategies align with the company's overall objectives. Your keen understanding of market conditions will enable you to respond effectively to competition, while your strong leadership skills will foster a high-performance culture within your team. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in building customer bases, managing team operations, and reinforcing compliance in business processes.
