Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Store Manager for their luxury retail outlet located in the heart of Bangkok. What you'll do:
As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's luxury retail store. Your primary focus will be on leading your team effectively to meet set sales targets, providing necessary training and coaching to uphold service standards at all times. You will oversee VIP programs, develop high net worth clientele, prepare comprehensive sales reports, and ensure optimal inventory levels. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will be key in this role.
- Effectively lead and develop a team of sales staff to meet set sales targets
- Provide training and coaching to ensure service standards are consistently met
- Oversee VIP Program and various promotional programs
- Ensure high levels of customer service while identifying new initiatives for improving service standards
- Develop high net worth clientele through private appointments and hosting intimate events in-store
- Prepare sales reports and activities for communication with senior management
- Monitor stock and inventory to maintain optimal operational levels

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management with solid experience at managerial level; experience in luxury industry is a plus

- Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of the luxury market in Thailand
- Strong sense of responsibility with ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly; Mandarin speaking is a plus
