What you'll do:
As a Commercial Manager in the Consumer and Personal sectors, you will be at the forefront of defining strategies and leading the sales function. Your role will involve analysing various reports to gain insights into performance improvement. Regular communication with Business Partners will be crucial for maintaining positive relationships. You will prepare sales forecasts and budgets while monitoring sales volume, revenues, and costs against these forecasts. Identifying opportunities for business expansion will be a key part of your role.
- Define strategies, sales plans and lead the sales function to effectively execute the plan
- Analyze sales, marketing, finance, and other reports to gain insights into performance improvement
- Regularly update Business Partners on the business status
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts
- Identify opportunities to expand the business through partnerships, acquisitions, and new markets
- Generate and build up business in terms of both sales and gross profit
What you bring:
As a Commercial Manager - Consumer and Personal, you bring a wealth of experience in sales and/or marketing within the Food Ingredient or Personal care sectors. Your excellent people management skills coupled with your ability to influence others make you an ideal fit for this role. Your strategic thinking abilities are complemented by your analytical skills which drive results. A strong technical understanding of products within relevant industries is essential for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Cosmetics, Chemistry or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing of Food Ingredient or Personal care, Homecare, Cosmetics Chemicals
- Excellent people management, influencing, problem solving, communication, collaboration and negotiating skills
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, result driven approach
- Strong technical understanding of the products within the relevant industries
