An exciting Senior Key Account Manager (TH, VN, ID) job x 1 has just become available at one of the most respected Chemical Adhesive company based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a role for a sales who is a leader in their field.

About the Senior Key Account Manager (Adhesive for Home Appliance) Role:

In this business critical role, you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service. You will also take the lead providing direction to all sales and marketing-related activities, including brand management, market research, events management and directory/league table submissions.

The salary range is 140,000-160,000 THB + Car Allowance + Bonus + Group Insurance

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop business with direct customers and collaborate with local partners.
  • Manage and expand the business with existing and new customers.
  • Understand customer needs, monitor market trends, manage credit limits, and negotiate sales conditions.
  • Focus on Adhesive Tape product portfolio within the Electronic/Home Appliance business.
  • Develop and implement group strategy for the Ceramics division to achieve sales targets.
  • Responsible for the SEA Market, including Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other assigned countries.
  • Plan sales forecasts and activities by understanding market trends, new technology, and applications, and share insights within the department.
  • Lead and manage the Sales team by provide supervision to account teams assigned to each key client and guidance sales team in each country to deal with the clients.
  • Monitor sales progress and customer development using data analysis and reporting.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering, Sciences (Chemical) or any related field.
  • Proficiency in Thai (native) and English (professional level) to communicate with the global team.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Key Account Manager/Sales Manager.
  • Professional experience in the industrial fields of Chemical Product within Home Appliance Industry.
  • Have an experience in team management.
  • Good communication with capability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment.
  • Team player, diligent, rigorous, and autonomous.
  • Available for business trip in domestic & global.
  • Take new challenges with initiatives and execution.
