Regional Sales Manager (Packaging)

An exciting Regional Sales Manager job (x1 vacancy) has just become available at one of the most respected packaging company based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, this is a role for a Sales Manager who is a leader in their field.

About the Regional Sales Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service alongside four other country marketing directors. You will also take the lead providing direction to all marketing-related activities, including brand management, market research, events management and directory/league table submissions.

The salary range is 70,000-140,000 THB + bonus + group insurance + provident fund

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for expanding the company presence in South East
• Ensuring sales target is achieved
• Managing existing and developing prospect clients
• Secure best relationship on commercial, technical and logistic level inside customers’ structures
• Organise and participate to sector fairs in his area
• Travelling across S.E.A. region for regular customer visit

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum five years working experiences
• Be familiar with the beverage market in South East Asia, especially in beer and pure water
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Fluent Thai speaking
• Excellent knowledge of the commercial sales
• Knowledge of modern information technology and specific sales IT tools (Office, CRM software)
• Basic knowledge of an industrial manufacturing production process
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to think in complex and ever changing situations and the ability to solve problems and execute solutions
• Decision-making capacity, ability to work independently and to take responsibility
• Precision in work and care of the image, determination, dynamism, good persuasive and diplomatic skills
