Sale Team lead (Dental)

An exciting Sales Team Lead (Dental) job has just become available at one of the most respected global medical device based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, this is a role for a senior sales who is a leader in their field.

About the Sales Team Lead Role:

This position will support the entire operation in service part. He/She is responsible for the overall effectiveness of equipment in both software and hardware. This will increase the level of service and readiness allowing sales to work and generate revenue more effectively. The salary offered THB80k - 100k per month + incentive / bonus + other benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand, develop and apply corrective and preventive actions, including root analysis
• Ability to conduct tests and inspect products for quality and performance
• Act as a front line of service
• Can provide technical support in both hardware and software features
• Able to provide basic knowledge of products / user training
• Maintenance equipment as scheduled regularly

To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.

Key Requirments:

• Two to four years of experience in dental laboratory environment
• Associate’s degree in dental technology or similar field
• Proven technical knowledge of dental procedures, prescriptions, equipment, CAD/CAM, etc.
• Experience in sales is necessary
• Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking is a must
• Proven time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills an advantage
• Ability to keep detailed records an advantage
• Service-mind
• Has flexibility in working hours
