An exciting Telesales Manager (x1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected global medical device based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a role for a telesales specialist who is a leader in their field.

About the Telesales Manager Role:

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for defining a broad business development telesales strategy, delivering the highest quality service. The salary range for this role is attractive salary + incentive + other benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead performance, strategy and alignment of the company's sales teams, including demand generation (SDR) and conversion optimisation (CR funnel management)
  • Strategize and implement sales plans to ensure repeatable, scalable growth across the market
  • Recommend appropriate proposals to senior management on how to craft out a best-in-class sales playbook
  • Liaise with respective function heads to ensure sales strategies are constantly improved and updated in accordance to agreed plans and timelines
  • Plan sales training to address any shortfalls and gaps in the team's sales tool kits
  • Motivate sales teams to meet and exceed sales performance indicators
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts for the execution of well-informed business decisions

To succeed in the Telesales Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with the senior business development teams, cross borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimally five years of relevant experience managing high performing inside sales teams
  • Prior team leading experiences
  • Possess excellent knowledge of sales team structures, sales schemes, sales funnel management, and related information
  • Structured thought process and data driven mindset with good analytical insights understanding
  • Advantageous to possess experience in telesales or similar industries
  • Advantageous to be familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Excellent visionary with an ability to transform ideas into conceptualisations for sales related process enhancements
  • Adaptable individual who is comfortable in a hands-on and fast-paced work environment
