An exciting Vice President Sales - Traditional Trade (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected fibre-cement firms based in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a role for a senior sales manager who is a leader in their field.
About the Vice President Sales - Traditional Trade:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead all distributor management activities and manage teams across territory in Thailand. As the Vice President Sales - Traditional Trade, you will be in charge of working on the strategic planning with trade marketing team, coaching 4 APV level, reporting standards and data gathered.
The salary range for the role is THB200k - 400k per month (depending on your experience level) + Provident Fund + Allowance + Dental Insurance + Company car
- Planning sales strategies to selling product to existing and potential clients in various trade channels.
- Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
- Identifying and resolving client concerns
- Preparing a variety of status reports, including activity, closings and follow-up reports, and adhering to company goals
- Developing and implementing special sales activities to increase sales volume
- Managing the sales team to achieve sales targets following the KPI
To succeed in the Vice President Sales - Traditional Trade job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.
- Minimum 12 years' experiences in channel management, dealer management and traditional trade.
- Currently working in the management level
- Experienced in both sales and marketing strategy especially trade marketing, budget control, profit and loss
- Team management experiences over 10 years
- Good business both English and Thai communication
- Well-rounded in Building Construction Material industries
