What you'll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the organisation’s vision for business growth across all hospitality properties in Bangkok and Pattaya.
- Lead rebranding efforts by collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and external partners to reposition properties for maximum market impact.
- Drive commercial transformation initiatives by identifying new revenue streams within MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and Food & Beverage segments.
- Oversee revenue management processes to ensure optimal pricing strategies are implemented and performance targets are consistently achieved.
- Establish robust sales operations frameworks that enhance CRM discipline, streamline workflows, and improve customer engagement across all channels.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including owners, investors, corporate clients, travel agents, and event organisers to maximise business opportunities.
- Mentor and support a diverse sales team by providing clear guidance, regular feedback, and professional development opportunities to foster collective success.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge in the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance metrics for senior management review, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
What you bring:
- Extensive experience in hospitality sales management with a proven track record of driving business growth across multiple properties or regions.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful rebranding campaigns within the hotel or resort sector.
- Strong background in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) sales as well as Food & Beverage revenue generation strategies.
- In-depth understanding of revenue management principles including pricing optimisation and performance analysis.
- Exceptional organisational skills with hands-on experience implementing effective CRM systems and streamlining sales operations processes.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities enabling you to build trust-based relationships with internal teams as well as external stakeholders such as owners, investors, corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
- Supportive leadership style focused on mentoring teams through encouragement, knowledge sharing, and professional development initiatives.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex market data to inform agile decision-making within a fast-evolving industry context.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with fluency in English; proficiency in Thai would be advantageous but not essential.
