What you'll do:
As an Area Manager Retail, you will be entrusted with overseeing multiple retail locations in Bangkok, focusing on elevating both operational standards and customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day activities will involve designing engaging service ceremonies that set the tone for positive customer interactions, as well as developing tailored training sessions that equip staff with the skills needed for successful sales outcomes.
- Establish foundational retail operation procedures that prioritise excellent customer service from greeting through the entire customer journey.
- Design and implement service ceremonies that create memorable experiences for customers at every touchpoint within each store.
- Develop comprehensive training programmes focused on effective selling techniques that nurture staff confidence and lead to successful sales closures.
- Mentor and support store managers and frontline staff, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.
- Work closely with the lease team to coordinate manpower planning, ensuring each new location is fully supported with well-prepared staff.
- Provide detailed sales data analysis to inform strategic decisions regarding store placement and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor performance metrics across all stores under your supervision, identifying areas for improvement and sharing best practices among teams.
- Champion a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and teamwork throughout the retail network, encouraging open communication and mutual support.
- Support operational readiness for new store openings by coordinating resources, training schedules, and process implementation.
