What you'll do:

As Commercial Director Luxury Goods, you will be entrusted with steering both the strategic vision and daily execution of boutique operations in one of Asia’s most vibrant markets.   • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the local market while ensuring alignment with broader regional objectives.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) by delivering personalised service and memorable experiences that foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create engaging initiatives that build a vibrant community around the brand’s products.
  • Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring exceptional standards of customer service and efficient resource management despite limited resources.
  • Analyse sales performance data and prepare detailed reports for the regional leadership team to inform ongoing business decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and support boutique staff to achieve collective goals while promoting an atmosphere of cooperation and shared success.
  • Manage wholesale channels effectively, maintaining productive partnerships with external stakeholders to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Take full ownership of profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities for the boutique, ensuring financial targets are met through prudent budgeting and cost control.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the luxury watch sector by staying attuned to market trends and competitor activities.
  • Champion best practices in clienteling, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.
