Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate

Salary: 80,000-100,000 THB plus competitive commission scheme

Location: Bangkok

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Sales Manager in the real estate sector. This role offers the chance to identify sales opportunities and convert them into revenue, develop relationships with clients and real estate agencies, and participate in international real estate fairs abroad. With a full loop of sales responsibilities from pre-sale to after-sale service, this position provides an excellent platform for growth and development. The successful candidate will have solid experience in real estate sales and the ability to travel.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Sales Manager in Real Estate, you will be responsible for identifying potential sales opportunities within the market and converting these into revenue. You will build and nurture relationships with both clients and real estate agencies, representing our client at international real estate fairs abroad. Your role will encompass the full loop of sales, from pre-sale to after-sale service, utilising your skills to cross-sell and upsell where appropriate.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and real estate agencies
  • Represent the company at international real estate fairs abroad
