This role is pivotal in leading and strategising the sales efforts across 36 branches, encompassing a variety of sales functions such as telesales, sales training, and school partnership management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving sales performance, expanding market share, and ensuring operational excellence across all branches and sales channels. What you'll do:
As a Retail Sales Manager in the education sector, you will lead the charge in strategising the sales efforts for our client's services. You will oversee 36 branches, managing a range of sales functions including telesales, sales training, and partnership management with schools. Your role will be critical in driving the sales performance, expanding market share, and ensuring operational excellence across all branches and sales channels. You will also focus on B2C and select B2B segments.

With over 7 years of experience in sales management within the education or service industry, you have a proven track record in managing multi-branch sales operations and telesales functions. Your experience in B2B and B2C sales coupled with your strong understanding of the education sector will be crucial to your success.
