Our client is seeking a Head of Brand (Luxury) with a strong focus on sales strategy to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies across all points of sale, manage external stakeholders, oversee merchandising, manage VIP clients, and lead e-commerce initiatives. What you'll do:

As the Head of Brand (Luxury), you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative sales strategies across all points of sale. You will manage key external stakeholders, including partners and vendors, while also overseeing merchandising efforts to ensure products are displayed in the most effective manner. Your role will also involve managing VIP client relationships, delivering exceptional service to meet their unique needs. Furthermore, you will spearhead the development and implementation of an e-commerce strategy to optimise online sales. Your ability to analyse sales data and trends will be crucial in making strategic recommendations to enhance performance. Leading a dedicated sales team, you will provide guidance and support to help them achieve their targets. In addition, your collaborative approach will enable you to work effectively with other departments such as marketing and product development.
