We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales & Retail for Beauty Brands. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a sales team, drive retail sales, and foster relationships with store management across all retailers within the relevant cluster. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving operational efficiencies, exceeding retail sales targets, and ensuring business growth.

  • Lead a sales team to exceed retail sales targets and achieve business growth
  • Build and nurture relationships with store management across all retailers
  • Work closely with Brand and Education to reinforce key digital education in the field

What you'll do:

As the Head of Sales & Retail for Beauty Brands, you will play a pivotal role in driving our retail success.

  • Achieve retail sales and operational efficiencies across all relevant doors and brands within a given cluster
  • Oversee the sales team deliverables and accountabilities
  • Drive retail sales and retail team engagement to exceed retail sales targets
  • Manage people and resources to achieve operational efficiencies
  • Build and nurture relationships with store management across all retailers within the relevant cluster
  • Work closely with Brand and Education to reinforce and embed key digital education (both brand & commercial) in the field
  • Own the commercial education requirements and cascades for the relevant brands
  • Support channel-specific operational outcomes in the brands/brand clusters
  • Ensure cross-brand collaboration and uphold a corporate view within the relevant area/brands

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Head of Sales & Retail for Beauty Brands role will bring a wealth of experience in leading sales teams within the retail sector as following points:

  • Thai nationality with good fluency in English
  • Proven experience in leading a sales team in the retail sector, preferably within beauty brands
  • Strong ability to drive retail sales and engage a retail team to exceed targets
  • Experience in managing people and resources efficiently
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with store management across various retailers
  • Experience in working closely with Brand and Education teams to reinforce key digital education initiatives
  • Understanding of commercial education requirements for relevant brands
  • Experience in supporting channel-specific operational outcomes in brands/brand clusters
  • Ability to ensure cross-brand collaboration and uphold a corporate view within relevant areas/brands
