VP - Sales Distribution (Credit Card Business)

About the Role: Our client is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Sales Distribution with a strong background in managing credit card sales teams and designing incentive programs. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, able to use English for business purposes, and possess a strategic mindset for product marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the credit card sales team, including the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
• Design and implement sales incentive programs that motivate the team and drive performance.
• Oversee the marketing of credit card products, both online and offline, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising, to increase brand visibility and product sales.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Lead the credit card sales team
• Design and implement sales incentive programs
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

Key Requirement

• At least Bachelor's degree, marketing or related field is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in Banking or Sales management industry.
• Proven experience in managing credit card sales teams and designing effective incentive structures.
• Strong knowledge of product marketing, including both online and offline channels.
• Experience in online advertising and digital marketing, including campaign management and performance tracking.
• Good English communication skills for business communication, both verbal and written.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and optimize strategies accordingly.
