About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned commercial leader to join a leading global organization as Assistant General Manager – Consumer Business. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving the overall performance and growth of the consumer business in Thailand.
You will oversee end-to-end commercial operations, including sales, marketing, distribution, and P&L management, while leading a high-performing team to strengthen market presence and deliver sustainable growth. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to navigate a dynamic and competitive market environment.
- Lead and manage the full consumer business with ownership of commercial strategy and P&L
- Drive business expansion through new channels, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives
- Work within a collaborative, high-performance culture that supports professional growth and development
What You’ll Do
- Lead the overall consumer business in Thailand, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies
- Develop and execute short- and long-term commercial strategies to drive sustainable growth
- Oversee sales, marketing, and distribution to maximize market share and brand presence
- Identify new business opportunities, including channel expansion and strategic partnerships
- Manage and optimize P&L performance, ensuring strong financial discipline and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retail partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive proactive and data-driven decision-making
- Lead, develop, and inspire a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in FMCG and/or Consumer Electronics industries
- Strong background in commercial leadership, including sales, marketing, and business development
- Proven track record in driving business growth and managing P&L
- Experience working with distributors and multi-channel go-to-market models
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
