What you'll do

• Lead and manage the end-to-end admissions process, from enquiry to enrolment

• Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to support enrolment growth

• Build strong relationships with prospective families and provide guidance throughout the admissions journey

• Organise and manage open days, school tours, and admissions events

• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to support admissions initiatives

• Monitor admissions data and provide insights to support strategic planning

• Lead and develop the admissions team to ensure a high standard of service

What you bring

• Experience working in admissions within an international school environment

• Strong understanding of student recruitment and enrolment processes

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with families from diverse backgrounds

• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills

• Experience using admissions systems or databases is advantageous

• Fluent English communication skills
