Head of Business – FMCG
Salary: 200,000–350,000 THB
Location: Bangkok

A leading organisation in the FMCG sector is seeking a Head of Business to lead overall Sales and Marketing strategy, with a strong focus on the food segment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive commercial growth, shape business strategy, and lead a high-performing team within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

You will play a key role in strengthening market presence, developing impactful commercial initiatives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the industry.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across the FMCG food segment

  • Oversee commercial performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business strategies

  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team
