A leading consumer electronics company is seeking a Head of Dealer Sales to lead nationwide dealer channel operations for digital appliances in Thailand. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving dealer sales strategy, strengthening partner relationships, and building a high-performing sales organisation to deliver revenue and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute nationwide dealer sales strategy across Thailand

Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across dealer channels

Manage dealer segmentation, coverage model, and resource allocation

Build strong long-term partnerships with key dealers and strategic partners
-
Translate business targets into clear execution plans and KPIs for regional teams
-
Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance, inventory health, and promotion effectiveness
-
Develop dealer capability programmes to improve execution and in-store standards
-
Track market trends and competitor activity to refine channel strategy
-
Work closely with Product, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service teams

Lead team development through coaching, performance management, and succession planning
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
-
Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales leadership (consumer electronics / appliances / FMCG)

Strong track record managing dealer/distributor channels at national level
-
Solid understanding of Thailand dealer landscape and retail operations
-
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
-
Commercially driven with strong analytical and strategic capability
-
Fluent in Thai and English
