A leading food & beverage FMCG organisation is seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join its domestic sales and brand team in Bangkok. This is a high-impact role where you will shape end-to-end trade marketing and channel strategies, driving brand performance, in-store excellence, and commercial growth across multiple channels.

You will play a critical role in translating brand strategy into shopper-centric execution, optimising trade investments through data-driven decision-making, and leading a high-performing Trade Marketing & Channel Management team. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners, you will ensure seamless execution across all retail environments.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Trade Marketing & Channel Management team
  • Define and drive the national trade marketing strategy in line with brand, category, and business objectives
  • Translate brand and marketing strategies into clear, shopper-centric activation plans by channel
  • Develop and execute channel strategies across Modern Trade, General Trade, Food Service, Online, and emerging channels
  • Manage trade investment governance to ensure disciplined spending and strong ROI
  • Design and oversee promotions, pricing frameworks, and visibility programmes following FMCG best practices
  • Set clear merchandising and POSM standards to deliver strong in-store execution and brand presence
  • Build strong customer partnerships through insights, selling stories, and commercial narratives
  • Work cross-functionally with:

  • Marketing on communication and activation strategies
  • Sales on offline and online execution
  • Finance on forecasting and investment planning
  • Supply Chain on product availability and launch readiness

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing or channel management
  • 3–5 years of people management experience in multi-channel environments
  • Strong understanding of shopper behaviour and trade mechanics across retail formats
  • Proven experience in national trade planning, trade spend management, and execution excellence
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on, proactive, and strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
