Our client is seeking a seasoned Head of International Sales with a strong background in the Food industry. This role is pivotal in driving the mid to long-term business strategy for international expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing plans to achieve ambitious targets, leading a dedicated international sales team, and driving sales and profit growth.

What you'll do:

As the Head of International Sales in the Food industry, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client's global presence. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the international sales team, ensuring they are equipped with effective sales processes and strategic plans. You will drive sales and profit growth, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies for expansion. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity will be key to informing your strategic planning. Your role will also involve ensuring that all sales strategies align with the overall company objectives.

Your 7 years in sales management have honed your leadership skills, enabling you to effectively motivate and inspire your team. Your excellent strategic planning abilities, with a focus on long-term growth, will be key to driving our client's international expansion. Your ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies for expansion will be invaluable in this role.

  • Proven experience in Sales within the FMCG sector
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in International Sales
  • At least 7 years' experience in sales management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on long-term growth
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies for expansion
