An exciting Customer Operation Director (x1 vacancy) opportunity has arisen.This role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of 8 individuals, ensuring the effective integration of cross-functional activities which impact the ability to provide a high-quality customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customer management processes, tracking performance against operational metrics, and leading customer projects implementation. This position offers a hybrid of office/remote working, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll do:

Reporting directly to Country Head. As a Customer Operation Director - Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's customer experience. You will manage the integration of cross-functional activities, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include leading the operational delivery of key customer management processes such as Lead to Contract (L2C), Order to Cash (O2C), Rebates management, Offer and Contract management, and Customer Service Agreement. You will also be tasked with tracking performance against key operational metrics, driving continuous improvement across all areas. Your role will involve cooperating with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are developed and sales & customer support activities are delivered according to plan.

  • Manage the effective integration of cross-functional activities impacting customer experience
  • Lead the operational delivery of key customer management processes
  • Track performance against key operational metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • Support tender/offer preparation for new customers and customer renewals
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are developed and sales & customer support activities are delivered according to plan
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of channel support programs to ensure relevancy and delivery of MWBs
