Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Channel Sales Director to join their team.   • Lead and grow capital sales of Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer products in South East Asia
  • Develop market plans and strategies
  • Drive channel partner development and engagement

What you'll do:

As the Channel Sales Director, you will take charge of leading, owning, and growing the capital sales of Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer products in the South East Asia market.

  • Lead, own, and grow the capital sales of Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer products on the South East Asia market
  • Coach and develop teams to ensure that overall goals are reached
  • Develop and execute market plans and strategies
  • Drive channel partner development and engagement
  • Forecast sales, monitor budget, secure financial objectives are fulfilled
  • Report to the Vice President - Food & Water South East Asia

What you bring:

The ideal Channel Sales Director candidate brings an extensive background in sales along with several years of managerial experience.

  • Extensive background within sales
  • Several years of managerial experience
  • Experience with capital sales in business-to-business relations within the Food industry
  • Documented experience within sales channel management
  • Strong networking capabilities & excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Understanding or experience within food/biotech/pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English
