We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team based in Thailand. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading company that specialises in providing comprehensive solutions for loading and unloading goods, as well as access management through industrial enclosures. With over four decades of experience, we prioritise innovation to ensure precise, robust, and safe products that meet European regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and sales through our dealer network, negotiating contracts, resolving customer issues, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward.

  • Contact potential or existing customers to generate leads and sales through the dealer network
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with dealers/customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the organisation
  • Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales, and provide reports on customer needs, interests, and competitive activities
  • Travel within Thailand and internationally approximately 30% of the time

The ideal candidate for this Senior Sales Manager position brings a proven track record as a sales agent in the industrial sector. Experience with a similar product portfolio would be advantageous.
