About the Regional Sales Manager Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for cash van management to achieve sales target. You will also be leading cash van team capabilities. The role offers great base salary, bonus, allowance, and provident fund.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up van model structure to build strong distribution
- Manage route to market to expand distribution in Open Trade
- Implement effective business plan and execution plan, ensuring target is met
- Identify opportunity in the market and opportunity for cash van market based on data
- Lead the team, ensuring timely implementation, excellence in execution and operation of trade programs
To succeed in the Regional Sales Manager job, you will need to have analytical skill and knowledge of sales and distribution systems.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Over seven years' experience in general trade and at least five years’ experience in managing cash van
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading analytically rigorous sales planning and initiatives
- Experience in team management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytics tools
- Good command of English
