Sales Manager (Cosmetics)

An exciting Sales Manager (Cosmetics) (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the growing beauty consumer based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, this is a role for a sales person who is a leader in their field.

About the Sales Manager (Cosmetics)Role:

Reporting to Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales activities across channels. You will also collaborate with marketing team to achieve company's goal. The salary range for this role is THB100k – 120k per month + provident fund + health insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish the forecast sales and expense budget with the management
• Build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business
• Create annual business plan, sales plan to achieve agreed growth (sell-in, sell-out, stock in
  trade etc.)
• Provide all report related, sales report and competitor report
• Conduct or assist the subordinates to do the daily briefing, which includes the sales, target sales and how to achieve the budget. Aside, the message of the management shall be communicated through the meeting appropriately
• Facilitate and plan the promotion with marketing team for the sales team to help the team achieve the established goal
• Understand, analyse and propose the appropriate strategies to facilitate and enhance the operation and sales

To succeed in the Sales Manager job, you will need to have the ability to drive yourself and team effectively to reach sales target

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/ master’s degree in a related discipline preferred
• Sales Manager in retail cosmetic industry preferred
• Good command in English (Verbal & Written)
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and or relevant computer applications required
• Leadership experience in sales related with strong organisational skills
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail
