An exciting Sales Section Head (South Area) job (x1 vacancy) has just become available at one of the most famous global innovative consumer electronic firms based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Thai Sales Manager, this is a role for a local sales at Southern area who is a leader in their field.
About the Sales Section Head (South Area) Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, assigning the action plans to sales territory. You will also take the lead providing direction to all sales-related activities, including dealer network strategy and dealer management.
Salary range: THB60000 - THB70000 per month company car, incentive, bonus, provident fund, Insurance
- Responsible for planning, implement and monitor sales, and dealer network strategy for AVIT products in the assigned sales territory within corporate guidelines and business targets with the objectives to ensure market brand and product awareness and company profitability.
- Sales forecast for the assigned sales territory and setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
- Developing sales strategies and action plan. Monitor sales performance, analyze and revise plan IN ORDER TO meet sales targets. Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Aid and advice to dealer in business plan, sales forecast, and development plan.
- Allocating areas to sales representatives and monitoring team's performance to reach targets.
To succeed in the Sales Section Head (South Area) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.
- Preferably male, age 35 or above
- Thai nationality, Bachelor’s Degree or higher in B.A. or Marketing or related field
- At least five years’ experience in managerial position with people management skill.
- Working experience in AVIT and or FMCG business for at least 5 years.
- Good in planning, negotiation skills, service-mind and strong interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English and computer literacy is a must
- Must be able to travel or work in up-country
