About the Key Account Manager (Sports Equipment) Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will lead the account, retailer and modern trade market in order to build relationships with retailers to create strong value propositions for loyalty of the brands and products.
- Identify existing and new business opportunities with major retail chains and key accounts to increase our products presence in the market place
- Responsible for achieving annual sales targets through developing and managing relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Analyse and provide consultant closely to develop the sales revenue
- Work closely with Sales Manager in the formulation and strategic implementation of sales plans and programs
- Involve in monthly sales planning and forecasting cycles through providing market updates and feedback
- Provide sales forecast on a timely basis (weekly); perform and update forecasting of retailers/dealers business
To succeed in the Key Account Manager (Sports Equipment) job, you will need to understand the market from general market feedback by store visiting.
- At least four years experience in retail business
- Experience in marketing or sales of consumer products (preferably in FMCG)
- Experience with major retail chains or experience within the sports will be an advantage
- Good personality, interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and hardworking
- Based in Bangkok and willing to travel outside Bangkok and Thailand
- Fluency in English with good computer skills will be an advantage
