What you'll do:
- Drive revenue growth by setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets at the country level and ensuring these are met or exceeded through effective planning and execution.
- Develop new business opportunities across eCommerce, cloud services, and digital transformation by identifying potential clients and building tailored value propositions.
- Build enduring relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term collaboration within the Thai market.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in Thailand, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations, resolving issues efficiently, and nurturing long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to deliver complex projects seamlessly, leveraging shared expertise and resources for optimal outcomes.
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations within the Thailand office to ensure smooth delivery of services and alignment with organisational standards.
- Lead and develop local teams across sales, operations, and delivery coordination by providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources—including coordination with offshore teams such as those based in Vietnam—to maximise productivity and service quality.
- Define and execute a robust go-to-market strategy tailored specifically for Thailand by analysing market trends, competitor activity, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Localise global offerings to meet the specific needs of Thai clients by adapting products and services in line with cultural nuances and market demands.
What You'll Need
- A minimum of 12 years’ experience in sales roles within digital consulting, IT services or eCommerce solution environments is essential for success in this position
- A well-established network among enterprise clients in Thailand and demonstrated history of consistently generating significant revenue streams while leading high-performing teams towards shared goals is highly valued
- Exceptional interpersonal skills allow you to connect authentically with clients at all levels while fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to set up new business operations or expand existing ones showcases your resourcefulness in navigating complex markets like Thailand
- Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, cloud technologies, fintech solutions or data-driven strategies equips you to engage credibly with technical stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills enable you to oversee multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality or timelines
