Operations Manager - F&B Business Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: Bangkok

What you'll do:

  • Supervise day-to-day activities across all branches to guarantee exceptional service quality, impeccable hygiene practices, and strict adherence to brand standards at every location.
  • Monitor sales figures, cost of goods sold, labour expenses, and other operational key performance indicators to identify trends and implement strategies that enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management for Area Managers, Shop Managers, and store teams to cultivate a dependable network of professionals who share knowledge and support one another.
  • Review detailed store performance reports regularly and develop improvement plans in collaboration with your teams when necessary to ensure continuous progress.
  • Oversee manpower planning processes including payroll verification while co-operating closely with HR on recruitment initiatives and comprehensive training programmes.
  • Manage inventory control procedures by conducting regular stock audits and collaborating with procurement and warehouse teams for effective supply planning.
  • Support promotional campaigns, new product launches, and the opening of new stores by sharing insights with cross-functional teams to maximise success.
  • Maintain close coordination with internal departments such as Finance, HR, Marketing, Procurement as well as external stakeholders like airport authorities to ensure smooth operations across all touchpoints.

What you bring:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field which has equipped you with foundational knowledge relevant to this role.
  • Bring 5–8 years’ experience managing operations within the food & beverage or retail sectors—ideally overseeing multiple branches or units simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of sales analysis techniques alongside cost control measures such as COGS (cost of goods sold) management and labour cost optimisation.
  • Possess hands-on experience using POS systems as well as ERP platforms for reporting purposes; proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace is highly desirable.
  • Showcase excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build trust-based relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds while fostering an inclusive team spirit.
  • Display strong organisational abilities allowing you to manage competing priorities effectively without compromising attention to detail or service standards.
  • Exhibit proven capability in inventory management including conducting stock audits collaboratively with procurement teams for optimal supply planning outcomes.
  • Have experience supporting marketing initiatives such as promotional campaigns or new product launches by working together with cross-functional departments.
