This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead international sales expansion, develop global partnerships, and drive marketing and operational strategies across key overseas markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement international business development strategies to drive global growth

• Build and manage relationships with international partners, agents, and key stakeholders

• Lead international sales and marketing initiatives across multiple markets

• Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies within the global real estate sector

• Oversee international agent networks, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and operations
