An exciting opportunity for a senior Business Development Director to lead mall and retail property development in Bangkok. This role will play a critical part in shaping tenant strategy, driving commercial performance, and overseeing feasibility studies and new mall openings. The position offers strong exposure across the full lifecycle of shopping centre development within a well-established commercial property platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies for existing and new shopping malls in line with market trends.

• Lead tenant mix planning and leasing strategy to optimise occupancy and customer experience.

• Oversee property operations to ensure high standards of performance, safety, and service delivery.

• Conduct feasibility studies for new developments, including market, financial, and risk analysis.

• Partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and key partners.

• Monitor market trends to identify growth and expansion opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Proven senior-level experience in shopping mall or large-scale retail property management.

• Strong expertise in tenant strategy, commercial leasing, and feasibility studies.

• Solid understanding of property operations and asset performance management.
