A leading global fresh produce brand is seeking a Senior Business Development - Thailand (FMCG, Fresh food) to drive the growth of its premium food category in Thailand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer partnerships and leading commercial expansion in a fast-growing market.
This position offers flexible working arrangements (remote anywhere in Thailand) and the opportunity to work closely with key retailers, distributors, and regional stakeholders.
What you'll do:

Manage and grow key accounts across major retailers and distributors
-
Provide crop and supply updates to support customer demand planning
-
Lead sales planning and execution (annual to weekly) aligned with regional strategy
-
Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives

Develop demand forecasts and contribute to budgeting and sales targets
-
Ensure strong credit management and compliance with company policies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Supply Chain)
What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Business, or related field

Minimum 10 years’ experience in FMCG / retail / fresh produce sales

Strong track record in business development, key account management and sales growth delivery

Excellent analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
-
ERP experience is a plus
-
Willing to travel when required
