Head of Sales – Chemicals Trading 📍 Bangkok, Thailand | 🌏 Domestic & International Travel | 🕒 Flexible Working We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our chemicals trading business. This is a senior leadership role with full end-to-end ownership — from sourcing principals/suppliers to driving sales execution and leading the team. If you thrive in a high-autonomy role and understand both upstream supplier management and downstream B2B sales, this role is for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesQualifications

Own the full commercial loop: principal sourcing → pricing → go-to-market → sales execution

Source, negotiate, and manage local & international principals / suppliers

Define and execute sales and market expansion strategy

Lead, coach, and develop the sales team

Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and market penetration

Manage key customers, distributors, and strategic partners
Qualifications

Strong experience in chemical trading or B2B chemical sales

Proven track record in sales leadership and supplier/principal management

Background in polymers / plastics / specialty chemicals is a strong plus

Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Good command of English
