What you'll do:
As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence across Thailand and Vietnam by nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the Food and Beverage industries.
- Identify new business opportunities within Thailand and Vietnam’s F&B industries, converting prospects into successful orders through attentive relationship-building.
- Develop competitive proposals based on technical designs provided by the Global Technology Team, ensuring each offer meets customer needs and industry standards.
- Represent evaporation systems at customer meetings, industry events, and online platforms, acting as a trusted ambassador for advanced process solutions.
- Deliver product and process training sessions for sales representatives and agents, enhancing their understanding of complex systems and supporting their professional growth.
- Participate in customer audits to ensure compliance with technical requirements while fostering strong partnerships built on trust and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams and engineering specialists to create tailored solutions that address unique client challenges.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems throughout extended sales cycles (12–18 months), ensuring transparency and effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Engage in cross-cultural interactions within global teams, promoting an atmosphere of cooperation, respect, and shared success.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions that support long-term business development goals.
What you bring:
- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is required for this position.
- Demonstrated experience in sales of complex process solutions or project-based offerings within the food processing sector is highly desirable.
- A consultative approach combined with excellent communication skills enables you to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Fluency in both Thai and English (written and verbal) is essential for effective cross-border collaboration.
- Proven ability to understand long-term business development strategies alongside technical challenges faced by customers.
