What you'll do:

As a Partnership and Business Development Manager – Education based in Bangkok, you will be instrumental in driving the institution’s growth through strategic relationship-building. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around creating innovative ways to engage current families while attracting new students via targeted outreach programmes. By collaborating with various departments internally as well as forging connections externally with embassies and community groups, you will help shape memorable experiences that resonate with all stakeholders. Success in this role means not only meeting but exceeding key performance indicators related to engagement levels, event participation rates, campaign reach, and ultimately admissions numbers. Your ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking will ensure every initiative delivers measurable value.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to build strong partnerships with parents, students, embassies, and other relevant organisations to support admissions objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between partnership initiatives and overall organisational goals.
  • Monitor engagement metrics such as event participation rates, campaign effectiveness, and promotion success to inform ongoing strategy adjustments.
  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration with external partners that can contribute to student recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to nurture trust-based relationships that encourage long-term loyalty.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects that require input from marketing, admissions, academic staff, and external partners.

What you bring:.

  • Proven experience in partnership management or business development within the education sector or similar service-oriented industries is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling you to connect empathetically with parents, students, embassy representatives, and other community members.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver successful events or campaigns that drive engagement and promote institutional objectives.
  • Strong organisational skills allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Thai
  • A collaborative approach that fosters teamwork across departments as well as with external partners.
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data from events or campaigns to refine future strategies effectively.
  • Experience using digital tools for stakeholder engagement such as CRM systems or event management platforms is beneficial.
