A leading organisation in the facility management sector is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their Bangkok team, offering an attractive salary range of 100,000-150,000 THB per month. What you'll do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facility management sector by building relationships with potential clients across commercial, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and retail industries.
  • Manage the entire bid cycle for new contracts including reviewing terms of reference (TOR), developing pricing strategies, preparing compelling presentations, and negotiating agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service offerings are tailored to client needs while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Engage with executive-level stakeholders in both English and Thai to present solutions that address their specific requirements and challenges.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
  • Develop detailed proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of facility management services including security, cleaning, engineering/FM solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM systems or other reporting tools.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to service delivery for newly acquired clients.
  • Participate in networking events and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and expand professional connections.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management regarding market opportunities, client feedback, and areas for improvement.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in facility management sales with proven success securing new business across security, cleaning, engineering/FM services.
  • Comprehensive understanding of B2B service solutions within commercial, healthcare, education, manufacturing, or retail environments.
  • Proficiency managing end-to-end bid cycles including TOR review, pricing strategy formulation, presentation delivery, and contract negotiation.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Thai enabling effective engagement with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop tailored proposals that address complex client requirements while highlighting service value propositions.
  • Strong collaborative approach when working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.
  • Experience utilising CRM systems or similar tools for tracking sales activities and pipeline management.
  • Keen awareness of market trends and competitor activity within the facility management sector.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct throughout all client interactions.
