An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Country Manager to join a rapidly expanding organisation in Bangkok, specialising in the online travel agency and hospitality sectors. This role suits an experienced leader from a hospitality or HORECA background who thrives in a start-up environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do

As Country Manager – Online Travel Agency / Hospitality, you will play a key role in developing the company’s presence in Thailand. You’ll lead operations, craft market strategies, and build partnerships that drive long-term growth. Your leadership will inspire teams to deliver excellence while maintaining the agility and innovation that define a start-up culture.

You will:

  • Oversee all aspects of country operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and day-to-day efficiency.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to the Thai market to maximise revenue across HORECA and hospitality channels.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

  • Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure consistent brand and operational standards.

  • Monitor market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations while upholding service quality and operational integrity.

  • Analyse financial and performance data to guide decision-making and business improvement.

  • Promote innovation, adaptability, and open communication across teams.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with empathetic, people-centred leadership. You’re someone who understands both business strategy and human motivation, thriving in environments that demand agility and collaboration.

  • Proven experience in hospitality or HORECA channels, ideally at management level.
  • Strong team leadership record with a focus on mentorship and empowerment.
  • Experience working in start-up or fast-growth environments, with adaptability and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Deep understanding of the Bangkok market and related industry regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with sound financial awareness.
  • Commitment to inclusivity, teamwork, and fostering a positive culture.
  • Fluency in English; Thai language proficiency is an advantage.
