Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for ASEAN P&L, delivering an annual operating plan (OP) for the Automative & Industrial segments respectively.
- Be a strategic leader with extensive experience managing mature teams, drive strategic business goals, lead organizational change, make difficult and timely decisions, develop collaborative action plans with team members through consultation and executive experience.
- Develop the strategic plan annual operating budget to deliver 2-3X market growth for SEF ASEAN and provide operational leadership by translating strategies into key business priorities for the country and ensure the attainment of financial and other organizational objectives.
- Establish annual budget and ensure that revenue and cost budgets are appropriately administered and adhered to. Assume full P&L responsibility, oversee the regional budget and control costs within the budget.
- Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with senior leadership team both regionally and globally. Be proactive in developing effective solutions to business challenges.
- Act as a strategic advisor and consultant, offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations, or business discussions that the company may enter into.
- Evaluate the organization’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures and plan for continuous improvements and increased operational efficiencies.
- Lead, train and coach regional team members to enhance employee engagement and develop a high performing team.
Job Requirement:
- A Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- A minimum of 6 years of regional leadership experience
- Positive personality attributes, see challenges as opportunities, see the impossible as the beginning of the possible, and actively create conditions to make things happen.
- Strong financial expertise and excellent business acumen, including financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Very familiar with automobile and auto parts industry, with rich experience in business leadership and a network of contacts in automotive related businesses.
