Our client is seeking a Service Sales Director to join their team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role offers the opportunity to implement service strategy and drive service growth within the Electrification business.

What you'll do:
As a Service Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to shape and implement the service strategy within the Electrification business. You will lead the Service organisation, ensuring that strategic plans are consistently implemented across all areas.
- Create and drive implementation of the service strategy
- Ensure strategic plans are consistently implemented through collaboration with other businesses
- Drive, implement, report, and monitor performance targets as part of the unit's P&L
- Invest in improving the quality of existing service products and develop new ones to expand the portfolio in line with global direction
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Service Sales Director role will bring a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and customers
- Proven experience in Profit and Loss (P&L) management
- Strong background in operations management
- Proficiency in project management
