General Manager (Interior Design)

An exciting General Manager (Thailand) job x 1 has just become available at one of the most respected well known corporate interior design firms based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a role for a driven person who is a leader in their field.

About the General Manager (Interior Design) Role:

In this business critical role, you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service alongside four other country in SEA. You will also take the lead providing direction to all marketing-related activities, including brand management, market research, events management and directory/league table submissions.

The salary range is 200,000-300,000 THB + Bonus + Group Insurance

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategy for the company's expansion and growth in Thailand, aligning with global and regional goals.
• Lead the local team, including design, operations, sales, and administration.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the company’s standards and policies within the Thailand office.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and potential business partners.
• Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion while meeting quality standards.
• Manage the Thailand office’s P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the desired brand image.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role in corporate interior design or related industry.
• Proven track record in business development, project management, and team leadership within a multicultural environment.
• Strong understanding of the Thai market.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in corporate interior design principles, project delivery, and client relationship management.
• High proficiency in both English and Thai (written and spoken).
• Take new challenges with initiatives and execution.
