What you'll do:

As a Dealer Expansion Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's dealership network. You will be responsible for managing new dealer applications, providing recommendations to ensure optimal future representation. Your role will also involve monitoring overall dealer effectiveness, reporting monthly progress on actions taken following dealer reviews. You will have the opportunity to develop departmental initiatives aimed at improving productivity and efficiency. Furthermore, you will manage dealership facility and capacity reviews, ensuring alignment with annual/mid-term network strategy. Lastly, you will implement a comprehensive dealer evaluation program and guide dealers to improve their operations.

  • Manage new dealer application process and provide recommendations to ensure optimal future representation

The ideal candidate for the Dealer Expansion Lead position brings a wealth of experience from the automotive industry, specifically in Dealer Development at a management level. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role. You should have a successful track record with automotive brands and possess an ability to develop clear strategic directions. Your ability to deliver results, coupled with your experience in fostering capable teamwork and setting achievable goals, will set you apart in this role.

  • At least 10 years of automotive experience in Dealer Development at management level
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
