What you'll do:

As a National Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing strategies that maximise sales opportunities with customers. You will be responsible for achieving set financial, category, and customer plan objectives. Your role will involve reviewing dealer performance against set KPIs and making necessary adjustments to agreed plans.

  • Developing strategies that will maximise sales opportunities with customers
  • Achievement of set financial, category and customer plan objectives
  • Review of dealer performance against set KPIs and adjustment of agreed plans throughout
  • Effective leadership and problem solving with ability to effectively engage and influence a large number of stakeholders
  • Timely coordination of information flow between cross functional teams
  • Commercial Forecasting for all categories/products weekly
  • Conduct business in the assigned market and responsible for prospecting, developing new distributors and Business

The ideal candidate for the National Sales Manager position brings along channel management experience demonstrating strong commercial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and negotiation skills. She has the ability to build rapport quickly with customers, fostering trustful relationships.

  • 5+ years channel management experience demonstrating strong commercial acumen, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to enable building rapport and trust quickly with customers
  • Project management, experience managing multiple projects across several stakeholders
  • Strong commercial drive and proven track record in growing business and developing a market
  • Mentoring and coaching skills to train and educate our distributor’s sales force as well as potential clients
  • Autonomous and able to work well with large international teams focused on delivering results
  • Good presentation and communication skills in Thai & English
