The ideal candidate for this Commercial Director role brings a wealth of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development within the Bio Energy or Chemical Industry. With at least 10 years in the field, you have honed your skills in developing strategic plans that drive business growth. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, while your keen eye for market trends keeps you ahead of the competition. A proven leader, you have spent at least five years managing teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and mutual respect.
A minimum of 10 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development in Bio Energy or Chemical Industry
Minimum five years experiences in people management
Proven ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Experience identifying and pursuing business expansion opportunities
Ability to monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform decision making
