About the Senior Manager - Dealer Development:
You will play a key role in expanding and managing our dealer network. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new dealership partnerships, ensuring existing dealerships meet performance standards, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of our dealer network. Develop and execute strategies for expanding the dealership network, identifying potential partners and negotiating agreements to establish new dealership locations
Regularly assess the performance of existing dealerships against established metrics, providing support and guidance to enhance their operations and profitability
Conduct market analysis to identify potential locations for new dealerships, considering market trends, competitor activities, and customer demographics
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential dealership partners, serving as the main point of contact for any issues, concerns, or opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide training programs and support initiatives aimed at improving dealership operations, sales, and customer satisfaction
Ensure that all dealerships adhere to company policies, standards, and legal requirements
Develop and manage budgets related to dealer development activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
At least eight years of experience in dealer development, network development or a related role within the automotive industry
Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing dealer networks, preferably within the automotive sector
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of automotive market trends, dealership operations, and customer behaviour
Ability to travel as required
