About the Regional Business Development Role:
You will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in Southeast Asia. Leveraging your expertise in flavors, particularly in the beverage alcohol sector, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our flavor solutions. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities within the beverage industry
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our footprint in the beverage sector, targeting new clients and fostering relationships with existing ones
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the beverage industry, understanding their needs and providing tailored flavor solutions
Showcase Thailand's range of flavor offerings, conduct product presentations, and effectively communicate the benefits and applications of our flavors for beverages
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as R&D, marketing, and production to ensure alignment in meeting client requirements and delivering high-quality flavor solutions
Set and achieve sales targets, track progress, and provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market activities
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field
At least seven years of demonstrable experience in a business development or sales role within the flavours or beverage industry
In-depth knowledge of flavors, particularly in relation to the beverage sector, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and trends
Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business deals, coupled with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Strong networking abilities and the capability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
