About the Business Development Manager Role:

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for defining a broad business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service. The salary range for this role is attractive salary + bonus + other benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Build infection control portfolio by contacting company's private label team and define potential products to sell in Thai dental market, increase product footprint in assigned territory in a manager consistent with company goal.
• Establish relationship with new targeted existing customers and identify solutions to meet customer needs through consultative selling process.
• Provide customers with the appropriate solutions, marketing collateral, and clinical information to obtain customer commitment to purchase company's products.
• Provide produce demonstration, training presentation and in-servicing based upon customer needs
• Develop new potential customers, primarily via company's infection products
• Analyse territory capital, consumable, and service sales potential to develop sales execution plans in excess of the company target

To succeed in the Business Development Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with the senior business development teams, cross borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate Bachelor / master’s degree in chemical or related
• Understand dental market opportunities to grow infection control portfolio
• Preferred relevant experience in infection control market, good in English communication, business development mindset and entrepreneurship
• Highly energetic individual to develop teaching materials and training programs.
• Have experience in project management and experiencing prospecting for new business and cold calling
