About the Regional Business Development Manager (Beverage) Role:
As the Regional Business Development Manager (Beverage), you will be an individual contributor and reported directly to the Regional Business Head.
This position offers attractive base salary and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for global and regional key account management in quick service restaurant
- Acquire new business customer pitching in the regions
Lead business case development, pilot and commercialisation the new focus business within the regions - Lead E commerce and retail penetration
To succeed in this role you must have a minimum eight years of experiences in business development and familiar with clients in food service industry.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum, ideally in Business or Marketing
- Good knowledge of marketing and sales or channel management, with working knowledge of operations and finance
- Experience managing large customers
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix organisation
- Experience translating strategies into plans that can be effectively executed
- Strong negotiation, influencing and people management skills - ability to engage/motivate colleagues and stakeholders behind a project.
- A good strategic thinker with business acumen and ability to partner with senior level executives and across all levels of the organisation
